This website belongs to GO 2 PHILIPPINES NOW INC (hereinafter referred to as "go2phil"), a legally Incorporated Philippines Company with registered offices at Ground Floor, Club Ultima Tower 2, Fuente Towers, Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City 6000, Philippines.

The following Terms and Conditions form the basis of your relationship with go2phil; they set out our respective rights and obligations. Access to our website is s controlled by go2phil and we reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or service we provide as may be required from time to time.

We act as agent only in respect of all bookings we make on your behalf and accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any accommodation that you book or for the acts or omissions of any accommodation or other person(s) or party(s) connected with your booking.

Any booking that you make through this website is conditional on you accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. These form an integral part of our website and cannot be separated from our contracting conditions. By visiting, using or ordering from our website you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines that govern the booking(s).

To gain these rates you agree to prepay the entire accommodation stay. These rates provided for you on this website are available only through go2phil if you call the hotel direct they will not have the same rates on offer.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy then you must not proceed with your booking.

 

2. Credit Card & Email Information  RETURN TO TOP

The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct; go2phil takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.

The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation Form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise go2phil if there was an error in the email address submitted in the Reservation Form; go2phil takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.

 

3. Cancellation and Amendments  RETURN TO TOP

If you wish to cancel or amend the booking after payment and issuing of the CUSTOMER COPY voucher, a cancellation or amendment fee will apply in accordance with our company policy set out below.

The cancellation or amendment fee will vary according to the check-in date. Typically, but not always-

  • Cancellation or Amendment more than 14 days preceding your check-in date: - you pay USD 15 which is a bank processing fee + administration fee.
  • Cancellation or Amendment 14 days or less preceding your check-in date: - you pay 1 night per room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
  • Cancellation or Amendment after your check in date: - you surrender the full amount initially paid.

All cancellations and amendments must be made IN WRITING by email to info@go2philippinesnow.com with Subject Line “Cancellation” or “Amendment”. A Cancellation or Amendment must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation or amendment within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must re email it.

To avoid the amendment fee, if you would like to increase the length of your stay or the number of rooms, please book the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking. Cancellation or Amendments to a different Hotel or to a different credit card to charge will be attract the same fees as above.

You acknowledge that NO CLAIM for REFUND of above mentioned fees will be entered into.

 

4. CHECK-IN  RETURN TO TOP

The Customer MUST provide and surrender on CHECK-IN the go2phil Customer Check In Copy of the voucher.

The Customer may be required to provide a photo ID and credit card at the hotel check-in to cover incidental charges if incurred for services and items such as airport transfers, excursions and room consumables.

Our WEBSITE lists "Maximum Room Capacities" but due to varying individual customers circumstances the System will allow persons to OVER BOOK the number of persons in a room. DO NOT EXCEED the "Maximum Room Capacity" as whilst the booking may be accepted by the automated system. We will not accept responsibility to provide bedding for more persons than quoted under the "Maximum Room Capacity" of that individual room type.

If for any unforseen circumstances the individual room type you have booked is not available on arrival and you have made a correct booking then the Hotel will upgrade you at NO EXPENSE to an equivalent or better room type.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability  RETURN TO TOP

In the event of Force Majeure reservations made may be cancelled by either party with no penalty whatsoever, events such as, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, closure of borders, epidemics, catastrophes which may affect the various destinations and, specifically, the location of the accommodation provider.

Under NO CIRCUSTANCES will go2phil be liable for any INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS or LOST DATA arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of services or our website.

You will fully indemnified go2phil from and against any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses, demands including costs and expenses in defending such a matter arising directly or indirectly out of or incidental to or in connection with any breach by you or by any person who booked on behalf.

You accept responsibility for the conduct of yourself and the other people on your booking during your stay and understand that go2phil and/or the accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate your stay in the event of misconduct from you or any member of your party where justified in the reasonable opinion of go2phil and/or the accommodation provider. Full cancellation of services will apply with no refund to be given nor will there any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your stay being terminated.

Notwithstanding any of the above, go2phil entire liability, whether in contract, tort including breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall not exceed the sum of USD 100 for any specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability entered into by you. If any part of the conditions proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. Any dispute will be governed by the law and jurisdiction of the Cebu Courts in the Philippines.

In the event that go2phil considers at its’ own discretion or has information that a booking has been made fraudulently, the booking shall be cancelled and the transaction value will be returned to the same Credit Card used for the transaction.
